this is a bracelet. it is made on the inside with stretchy rope. and on top with different color hearts. it stretches from a kid too a teen too an adult depending on weight. great way too accessorize. i have too many bracelets so i want too sell some. bought for 7 dollars. worn twice. selling for 3 dollars.
